good new mate. Congratulations.

Are you working from home today? If they don't find you they usually leave it through the door... I read the same elsewhere (maybe passport timelines sticky)

If not today you can always get it redelivered tomorrow.

rnr79 I got the tracking number and checked on sx secure couriers website. It says out for delivery.

Nazia88, I sent it with Special Delivery rather than check and send. Sometimes Check & Send can get delays due to late posting by relevent Post Office
Oh ok how did you get the tracking number, do they give you after the interview or you got that over the phone afterwards

Just found out that my passport application (sent on 22nd August) has already been processed and a letter was sent out to me yesterday to book my interview. How do I get the booking reference to book my interview before the letter comes? Thanks in advance

Beige, that was quick.

You just call the same number where they told u letter has been sent and ask them to give u the ref and after that call the booking line to book the appointment.

Good luck

Just done my interview - all went well.

Rnr79 - parking is very close by - follow signs for Superstore Parking which is a sainsburys parking 3 minutes walk away from the building. You drive past the building on your left and the car park is on the left too...its easy to identify and clear.

There was no one ahead of me.
Lady on the reception desk asked our names and saw the interview confirmation letter. My appt was 9;45 am but we were called in earlier at 9:30 pretty much as soon as we reached.

The questions were pretty same to what vipul had mention on page 47 0r 48 of this thread. It took about 15 minutes and was out in no time.

If you have any particular questions - will be happy to help.

Thank you rnr79. I wished I didn't call yesterday as it has spoiled my weekend, very frustrating. Thank you for the wishes, lets hope for a result soon. Good luck for your passport interview.

Hey rnr79 mate - thanks for the kind wishes..
Yes I plan to stick around to try and help people on here.

Honestly I don't have anything to complain about the Maidstone office.. even the people there were friendly..so I hope you have a good experience too.

Did you get your documents back through Royal Mail or TheDX?

Thanks 1664..

the envelope doesnt have anything on it to say if it was by DX or something but had a sticker with a some number, date and text saying 'secure delivery 2'

definitely it was not royal mail.
