Adivse regardingh Urgent Treatment Request

Can anybody bring me advise on sending an application including the Urgent Treatment Request???

I have an offer letter from a UK company and would be nice to get things done asap. I am not in a hurry neither the company but I am just wondering if it makes sense to apply in this "modality"..Do you think that the decision committee or whoever decides on the application becomes more strict in this case?
