My friend applied for PSW 3rd of August. Her biometrics were already taken. Today she received an email from a certain person saying than the application has been considered but she needs to show a bank statement covering the period of 15 of April-15 of May because it was not on the application the sender explained. But I was there when we were checking her papers prior to the submission of her PSW documents. She is also 100% sure that more than 3 months of bank statement with £820 balance was stated on the bank statement she showed in her application. The sender told her that she needs to provide the document within 7 days. What will she do? Can we call the home office to clarify this issue? Please help...Thank you so much.

Details about who this certain someone is? If its a representative from the UKBA they'd have their contact details there, and what is he/she advising the applicant to do?


Also what usually happens is that although the statements are 3 months long, the end date is less than a month old. So for instance when your friend applied on 3rd August, were the statements uptill the 1st of August?
