I'm not getting any response from UKBA...
I applied for tier1 in MARCH 2011.
Solicitor has sent them Fax but still not response

Are you aware of any verification from UKBA of your clients/employer?

They did employer verification on 8th June 2011
I don't what verfication they are doing now?

Mine was done twice. First on 13th June and the second one was within 30 days again. Since then no news.

I am unable to understand either why the are sitting on it now.

Can't do nothing mate. Just wait.

Isnt there any provision regarding delays. 14 weeks is enough time to even investigate the London riots. Why the hell do they need more time than that. Also, Wt do you do if you loose your current job. I do t think any employer would hire you with your visa in a state of limbo. Guys, Wt are your comments about this issue and Wt can be done to speedup the verification process.
