Spouse visa refused! Plz Help

Hi Guys, My wife's visa is refused in Pak.
Reason,
1;Did not provide the "Decree Absolute"
2; Lake of funds. ( did not have enough money in my acount)

Now I have to Appeal within 28 days.
could any one tell me the process? how to appeal and what to provide?
Plz help me do this.. thank you very much..

You can appeal if you have the items that were missing, otherwise if they did not exist at the time of the decision, the appeal will not overturn the decision.

So, do you have a decree absolute from the previous divorce (that was not provided in the application) and can you now provide this Did you have funds in the bank that meet the maintenance requirements

Appeal. Send in the decree absolute and show them the provenance (source) of the money. Do you otherwise have no regular income? Five grand is not a lot on its own.
