Hi,

i've got to the stage where i am ready to compile all my documents and send them to my wife. i have asked a few times for help regarding how to write up a contents page but unfortunately the replies were not really helpful. So, i decided to give it a go based off what little i know and post it on here so that a) people can help me where i'm going wrong AND b) other people could use this as a guide to typing up their own contents page.

Please could someone in the know advise me if;

a) there is anything missing (or not needed),
b) the structure is satisfactory,
c) i need to include the VAF4A Annex ELT English Test Declaration form (i'm not sure if i need this or not),
d) my identification documents (sponsor) will suffice, or should i also include more i.e. my birth certificate or driving licence,
e) i need to include my wife's (applicant) birth certificate in the file,
f) i should get my wife (applicant) to write a cover letter as well, or will my cover letter be enough.

Finally, could someone please post or pm me detailed instructions on how to prepare the file (not links to other threads please), what i mean is should i put the documents in plastic wallets, ring binder etc and should i put stickers on the documents to make it easier to go through the documents etc.

Loads of questions i know, but i just want to make sure, your response will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
