my 2nd son born in uk in feb 2009.now i am applying for ILR in nov ,so do i need to send my son passport for dependent visa to ho .
One of my friend didnt stamped his daughter visa n he got straight ILR on her passport .

No, leave to remain application is not required.

Register son straight for British citizenship after you get ILR.
