what type of documents required from employer for appl.

Hi Friends ,

I am applying for Tier 2 General visa .
Can you guys help me what type of documents required me from my employer to attach with visa application ?
Please note: I have been working for same employer since 2005 as direct worker from home office. Do I need experience certificate ? and do I need to show income tax ? as company is not registered here in my country.
