HSMP address by courier

i am applying for HSMP under 28 category.
and sending my application from Pakistan by courier, could anybody please confirm which address I used to send appliction because DHL not accepting the address which contain P.O.Box.

i just read in guidance book of HSMP, they wrote the following address of courier (don't know in country or out of country). do you agree with this

The address given by arm is no longer used.

I sent my application in June on these address and everithing is OK. They received my application.

I dont know when it changed.
