Krage,

Have you called them up? Is your application approved? Very intresting if there is no error in email, that an application got approved the same day.

Hope and wish it is approved. All the best krage.

No, I did not call them. Got 2 emails. Perhaps I will call tomorrow.

I also thought it could be an error, so I emailed back to the person(case worker?) asking for confirmation.

They emailed me because I included a note to notify me when my docs are ready for pick up by DHL UK. I did not get any notification about the decision or if it was made. Just that the docs are ready for pick up.

It may be that they first validate the docs, then make copies and send them to the queue. Does anyone know if this is how they operate?

Just called HSMP phone line. The decision in my case has been made but WHAT the decision they didn't tell me! And they cannot reveal this information because of privacy!

Does it mean it was refused ?!

The person told me that the decision in inside the package which is ready for collection.

Isn't it strange? Shouldn't they email me about the decision?

krage

Thats very strange. This could happen if payment wasn't realized by HO. In all other cases, it would wait for caseworker to take up the case before giving decision.

Please let us know the status once you receive your document.

Will do. The payment was cleared.

More news for you guys:
DHL UK is refusing to pickup the package! F$#%$!
They are saying that the office is not cooperating with them, so they do not pick up there anymore

Query Regarding Work Experience

Post by armour » Sun Sep 03, 2006 9:41 pm

Hi,

It’s my first post to this forum. This forum is pretty lively and the members seem to be quite helpful.

I am currently 25 yrs of age and I have completed by BS in Computer Science in December 2004.

I have been working since 2002 in a firm here in Karachi

What I want to ask is,

If I count my total experience from the day I have started 10 Jan 2002 to 3 Sep 2006 its around 4 years and 8 months. Question is, will consider my experience under my studies? The second question that may arise in a person mind, how I was able to do full time job?

The title that I have held during this period are of graduate level.(Network Administrator, Security Engineer, Network Security Analyst, Senior Network Security Analyst)
I was able to manage it as it was in evening, as the company has out source work from abroad.

Does any one have any idea about this ... as I want to go for 50 points in section 2, what evidence should I provide them (I can get the above two questions being answered by my company in my experience letter)

Dear stevenzx

Previous statistics show that for an out-of-country application it may take anywhere between 1 month to 40 days.

I believe in-country (those currently woking and inside UK) would get preference to out-of-country applicants. Typical processing times for in country applicants are 3 weeks for first stage and 2 weeks for next (EC) stage.

Your case is assigned to caseworker... but I still dont know my status

If you see my timelines then
I got reference no on 10-Aug and CC charged on 04-aug

which are much earlier then your timelines.

Did u check your status?

I called them thrice to check whether caseworker is assigned or not and every time surely the told me that its assigned.

Just to update that 01142076020 is no longer working.

so please only call 0112074074.

This is might be because of immense callers to HSMP team.
