Hi,
When my Tier 1 expire, I may not qualify for T1 extension, given the new point based system. My spouse is on Tier 2. Is it possible to switch from Tier 1 to Tier 2 dependent visa?

One more question, if it is possible to switch, can I switch from within the UK?

switching = changing immigration category by applying from within UK.

Does your No mean:
- it is not possible to switch from Tier 1 to Tier2 dependent
or
- it is not possible to switch from T1 to T2 dependent from within UK?
