Tier 1(general) Application at PEO Liverpool

I am new to this forum.I applied for tier 1 (general) application at PEO Liverpool on 22nd Feb 2011 with 3 dependants,biometric done same day.
After 1hour the case-worker gave me a letter that my application is valid and passed toanother team for further enquiries.
Sent fax to Sheffield/Croydon on 20th June 2011 for an updates and I got a reply from Homeoffice 29th 2011 dated 24th June 2011 that ''my application is still outstanding,passed to another team for further enquiries.They will contact me if they need more information from me''.
Between June 2011 and September 5th 2011,I have called 5 times getting the same answer that I should still continue to wait until i hear from Homeoffice.

Please has anyone be in the situation and reply will be much appreciated

Are you employed or self-employed? They might have to contact your clients in case you are slf employed.

I am working for a security company and self employed too.Only one of my client told me they have contacted him and that was in March 22nd 2011.
Am really confused,you can imagine since Feb 22nd 2011

since then no news.

Well am just hoping for the best.Its 29 weeks now and I went for PEO appointment on 22nd of Feb 2011.

there is a problem, my friends client verification done by ho but think ho did n,t get response coz of client relocated.
so letter return to ho.
is that will be prob.
any one have similler case. plz let know.
so worried abt that situation.
