Wifes surname issue

Hi Experts,

My wife passport and all dependent visas are under her maiden surname. Now I am applying for ILR. All co-habitation evidence we have (except bank statements which are in her passport name) have addressed her as Mrs.<my surname>. Is this will be a problem? Do home office accept these evidence?

As long as you have the marriage certificate it will not be a problem

Yes, we do have the marriage certificate and this been evidence for all previous dependent visas. Hope every thing goes fine.
