HSMP - New Forms !!!!!!!

Hi, Kay

It so happened i had downloaded HSMP forms two month back and used the same to make an application on July 5/2004.

Pls note there was no expiry date on the form.

Today i happened to browse workpermit and the gov site and got a shock when i read that i

quote

"28 June 2004

The Home Office has made available updated and revised application forms and guidance notes for use from 2 July 2004. Work Permits (UK) will no longer accept any application forms that have an expiry date of 28 June 2004 if they are sent to them after 12.01 am on 2 July 2004."

Archie, if you open the new form in Acrobat Reader and look at file->document properties you will see that the file is created in October 2003 and last modified in Macrh 2004. So I don't think you need to worry. I think this is the same form last released in April.
