My company applied for to be in the register of sponsor on the 23rd of August 2011. MY HR contacted me today saying that UKBA contacted them and send them an email syaing they have activated the company account for the sponsorship management system and they will post the the user ID later. DOes this mean that my company is listed on the tegister of sposnor

wow ... thought it would take 2 -3 months... thnk god for that phew!!!!... need to sort my COS now and apply...

thanks madona587... have you got any replies of your tier 2 application yet??

Nope. I don't have much hope. I honestly don't care anymore tbh

My company applied for registration and submitted documents on the same day on 19/August/2011. But we haven't got any response yet. :-(

dont loose hope m8 .... i thought i didnt have time for this the 1st hurdle is passed now.... just keep faith m8

Thanks for that mate. I'm married to a EEA person who is exercising her treaty rights here, So whether i get this or not doesnt matter I'm still legal and can get EEA resident permit. It's just i want to get this TIER2 so badly, with time it became an obsession :evil: :twisted:

I will appeal if I'm refused. bring on UKBA :twisted: :evil: :evil:
