SAR

Post by mercy4 » Tue Sep 13, 2011 4:48 pm

I made SAR file request of all information Home Office holds about me and receive the bundle of documents including some pages of the 2004 visa application forms but not the signature page I was looking for and with a letter stated:we have processed your request and enclose copies of the data held by UKBA on the above named person. It consists of copies of data we hold on our IT systems and paper caseworking files (including case notes, case correspondence sent and received, application forms, supporting documents and forms served by the Agency.
But I wasn't convinced, so I made a second SAR files request specifically 2004 visa application forms version 08/2003 and received reply from the DPU that they are dealing with my query and I will hear from them in due course

my question:please can I go ahead and used the information received or should I wait for 2nd request.

Please I will appreciate your valuable advice.
Thanks

BACKGROUND CASE
HO refuse my 10 years Long Residence reconsideration request in July,2011 because I signed my 2004 visa application form, on 20/02/04 ( application raised date 25/02/04) when visa expired 31/01/04 and that confirms I applied out of time that is why I have a gap of Feb - Sept 2004. I even included Acknowledgement Letter received in 03/03/2004

But I received SAR files last week, when I read through GCID Case Reports Sheet, stated VALID,WORK 25/02/04 AND there was no mention of in time/out of time, the college was subject to enquiry and was done in Sept 2004 and deemed bona fide (already stated in my previous appeal)
Also some pages(especially page 10= signature page) of the 2004 application form they claimed that I signed was not included.

I hope this answer your query, boss.
Thanks
