Wouldn't recommend FLAC at all. We went to them before we submitted our EU treaty rights application last year and they had no idea what the directive 2004/38/EC was or the freedom of movement. I knew more than they did and that is saying something.fatty patty wrote:Visit legal aid board you probably will be accepted on hardship grounds, issue is that the case has to go to court for you to get it imho...mirzhar wrote:thanks guys for your moral support .

Also if unsure you can get free advise on FLAC http://www.flac.ie/contact/
solicitors from the local area go in there take turns and advise for free i heard that there does be long queues and they only sit certain day a month.
You are right about the immigration perspective. That is because the local solicitors who chip in are from criminal law/business law area mostly they are not competent in immigration, usually immigration ones don't go in. the op is worried about drink drive charge those solicitors deal with that on day to day basis.Monifé wrote:Wouldn't recommend FLAC at all.
