Any suggetions on my Reference Letters for Work Experience

Hello All,

I would like to post two employer's letters here. Any suggestions or comments would be highly appreciate. Cheers.

Letter 1

This is to certify that Miss *****worked as a FULL-TIME English and Mandarin tutor and translator at ***** from July 2000 to June 2001. This position required a minimum of a bachelor's degree.

Her job involved responsibility for:
1. The design and delivery of short-term and long-term corporate English and Mandarin training programs for the staff according to the requirements of their work and their different levels of English and Mandarin in order to facilitate their communication with the company’s clients in a professional and social context and to help the company explore potential markets and increase its profit.

2. Offering standard Chinese-English and English-Chinese translation and interpretation to the company clients’ technical and commercial documents,publicity materials and audio, video products before they are launched in the domestic and overseas markets.

Letter 2

This is to certify that Miss *** worked as a FULL-TIME university English teacher at *****University from July 2001 to August 2004. It required a minimum of a bachelor's degree.

This position involved responsibility for:
1. Progressively and effectively developing the undergraduates’ English communicative competence in listening, speaking, reading and writing from intermediate level to advanced level;
2. Offering them a more comprehensive understanding of the English language from a cultural perspective;
3. Helping the undergraduates to pass the National CET-4 (College English Test, band 4), which is the prerequisite to the award of their first degree; and
4. Taking an active part in the English language course design and teaching-related research to promote effective learning.
