Hello all,
I went to UK on a student visa in 2006 and get married with a Pakistani boy whom I called on Dependent Visa. After that I got PSW of two years and then went back on student visa after my PSW expired. I got divorced from my husband and I went to Australia, but I could not like in there. Right now, I am on student visa, but I left UK in February 2011 and now I want to come back to UK as I still got valid visa and apply for ILR on humanitarian ground as life become so miserable in Pakistan due to my family and my ex-husband's family .
Please advise my what are my chances because now my family also is not listening to me and they are not accepting me back because my ex-husband told my parents so many wrong things.
Its really appreciated if someone advise me what I will do to apply for permanent stay in UK.
