tier 1 general extension application

hi all
i m going to apply for tier 1 gen extension in end of march 2012. I got my first tier 1 gen visa based on my job income plus self-employment income. My question is do i need to submit my tax return for the last yr in my application for extension?

if u have not submitted tax return of yr initial visa than u r frauding state

nowdays , once applicant mention self employed HO is asking taxman letter for tax paid .

there r no written laws but after Nov 11 HO will use tax man letter approch as NOv 11 is last time line for economic activity rule

pay yr taxes now to avoid difficult situation at extension.
