English language requirements for wife's ILR

Post by himansuk » Sat Sep 17, 2011 1:52 pm

Hi
My wife suppose to apply ILR using SET(M) form.In the past she passed english
language test approved by UKBA. But that is no longer valid due to new list of approved test provided by UKBA.
So in this situation if my wife passed Life in the UK test, will it fullfil the rquirement or she need to do another approved english test?
Any advice reg issue will be highly appreciated.
Thanks.
