As long as you are economically active you will get you extension.rckybhardwaj wrote:what about getting ILR with the odd job.
Would HO give ILR if we r working in odd job as well.
I have seen the SET(0) form for Indefinite Leave to reamin, even in that it does not show you have to be in your field of profession.
I think so, becos i have heard that company are ver reluctant to give job offer if one dont have enough visa. if you have two or more years visa you can always get good jobdajumper wrote:What about if one only works for full time for the first 9mths earning salary in the highest tax bracket but does not work at all in the last 3 months. Will this suffice for an extention? thanks
Agreed with sacsac wrote:arm: as far as i am aware - you have to show that if not economically active, you should be actively trying to be so. your 10 months work is good, but the caseworker will wonder how, if you're not working now, you are supporting yourself right now and how will do so in the months to come. so make sure you include evidence of savings or other income, and any evidence of trying for a new job (interview letters etc) or at least newspaper cuttings showing the kind of jobs you plan to apply for in the very near future. and mention this in your covering letter.
good luck
if you look caseworker guidence i think its clearly mention there, that one has to show required amount of your country bracket for last 12 months.arm wrote:For instance if I earned the necessary amount in past 10 month but dont work at all during past 2 month.
