If you submitted an application before 06/04/2011, and the payment was incorrect then that application is not regarded as submitted on that date. Only when you paid the correct fees, the application was made. Anyway, I don't think there is any point in debating with other members as to if you are right and wrong. Sush already clarified the correct position and so did I. If you think your understanding is correct and you are already taking legal advice and challenging the UKBA decision in courts, then I would say thats the best way to deal with it. Good luck.

Dear Sir,

How I can make the amendments a form that I fill on line?

Due

Best
