Parents Travel Insurance from India to UK 4-5 Months

I have read various threads in forum for Parents Travel Insurance

One of main question I have is if the Parents are Travelling from India to UK for 4-5 months on Family Visitor Visa, then which exact Company's Travel Insurance can they buy in India and how much it will cost?
Most of the company's Travel insurance I searched for says 30-45 days trip but what about if they will be staying for 4-5 months?

Also is it good to buy Family or Individual Travel insurance
