Yes you still need it. Self made rules. I could not find it in writing in any documentgeek1981 wrote:I'm planning to do PEO appointment for my ILR SET (O) (WP 2yrs + Tier 1 3 yrs) in Nov 2011. I've got 5 yrs p60 and last 12 months pay slips. Do i still need employer letter from my current employer? From what i understand, employer letter is necessary only for ILR from workpermits?
Thanks!
Just to cleaify, if we have payslips, P60 and bank statements, does it still be advantegous to have the letter?xyz123 wrote:For Tier 1 holders, it is not mandatory to have employer letter, however as mentioned, it is advantageous to obtain one, as an additional evidance of your work with the company.
geek1981 wrote:Hi
I got my workpermit on 04/12/2006 and i have all relevant docs necesary for the PEO appointment. From the timeanddate calculator website i found this:
From date:Sunday, 4 December 2011
Subtracted 28 days
Resulting date: Sunday, 6 November 2011
Can i book my appointment on 7th nov? Or it needs to be 28 days excluding the day of my appointment?
Many thanks!
hi sushdmehtasushdmehta wrote:The date when you received your WP has no relevance here. What is relevant is the date of your entry in to UK as a WP holder (if you applied for entry clearance from outside UK) or the date on which leave to remain was issued (if you applied in-country).
