CAS revoked by college

hi guys,
my friends's CAS has been revoked by college as he was lae on fee payment of second semester. he was doing MBA.
he i s still in uk, can he get admission in other college and start new course and send application for visa extention/renewal ????
its been two weeks now .
what are the options???

Yes, he is permitted to do as you have suggested. Obviously this will require money to pay fees and show maintenance; which begs the question why he simply did not pay his fees for his current course and avoid all of this inconvenience?
