Teir 4 Student Visa Refusal

I had applied for the Teir 4 student visa on Sept 14, 2011. Unfortunately I have been refused my visa under the section 245ZV(c). (post reference CHENNAI/1316924)

The CAS points awarded to me were 30/30, while maintenance was 0/10, stating the following reasons,

a. The ICICI Bank letter you have submitted in dated 5/9/11. However this financial document does not show the funds of Rs.1164308.02 that you have presented have been held for the required period of 28 days.
b. ICICI bank statement dated 10/9/11 does not contain the bank's logo.

I would like to know

a. How long before I can apply for my visa again?
b. If I pay my tuition fees in full, and show the funds for stay in the bank account, is it acceptable by the authorities?
c. My course has already begun in London, and my last day for enrollment is Oct 7, 2011. Is it possible to get my visa before the mentioned date?

You will need to get another Cas before you can re apply so you should check with your tier 4 sponsor whether they can issue one. I doubt you will be issued a visa by 7th. How long did the first decision take?

1) U can apply for a visa anytime...so do it FAST!!
2) Ask ur tier 4 sponsor to issue u a new CAS ASAP and pay the tuition fees...
3) Do u have enough money for your maintenance and have u held it for a minimum of 28 consecutive days??
4) Ask ur tier 4 sponsor to extend ur latest enrollment date to atleast till 15th Oct...that way u will be safe, even if the visa delays...but work fast cos u have limited time

Wht your are going to do with bank logo. You can take a letter from your banker saying the funds are there in your bank account for 28 days. make sure that the letter contains bank logo,bank stamp, and sign of bank manager.

yes... i am going to do that. will make sure that the bank logo is everywhere so that there is no reason to complain

is there any way to fast track the student visa?

also, do i have to re apply as a fresh visa or as an appeal to the old visa application?

Appeal (administrative review) will take ages, so better go for a fresh application...n do it fast
