How many points do I actually need for my extension?

How many points do I actually need for my extension?

I applied for my Tier1 Visa on 8/2010 and visa was granted with delayed date 10/2010 so I will have to extend my visa on 10/2012.

I want to prepare myself but I am completely confused.

When I go to UKBA points calculator it says that I need 95 points for extension.

When I read on UKBA site it says 100 points.

What’s is right? 95 or 100?

Reading the policy guidance should help.
