Delay in getting documents from home office

Post by nannu » Sat Sep 09, 2006 9:49 am

hello

I was told on 29th august that my HSMP application is declined. its 9th today and i still have not recieved my documents. My case worker is such a fussy lady. every time i talk to her she says she will send it to me. My visa has expired 2 months back and i have to leave to country, but without my docs i cant leave. I am worried if going late will affect my future applications.

also, i have another 15 days to appeal and if this lady does not send me in time i will loose my right to appeal. i dont know how i can get back my documents from home office. i really want to shout at that lady if i get a chance.

can someone advice
