i have fill the application online and after i submit it found there is an mistake.
do i have to fill another application ??

No, as you are given the option to amend any errors when you submit the paper application.

we cancel the appoinment and do fill another application, its not a problem ?

I think your understanding is the problem! If you make a mistake on the on-line form you can continue with that and amend those mistakes as necessary by writing on the printed version that you take to the VAC when you submit biometrics.
