Payslips stamped or signed

Post by khurramalvi » Fri Sep 30, 2011 1:01 pm

Hi,

I received payslips from my employer which are not in company letterhead but through registered account. I would like to ask if my employer sign them it would be enough or I have to get it stamped as well.

Many thanks

I asked my employer he doesn't have stamp for the company. Any alternate solution?

It is not printed on plain A4 paper neither on company letterhead. It is on coloured paper which is used by company accountant.

If I ask for earning letter from my employer, will that needs to be stamped?

Please advice.

Many thanks

iii) Letter from the applicant’s (previous and/
or present) employer(s) (or in the case
of winnings, the relevant awarding body)
confi rming that he/she has received the
exact amount claimed. This is a letter
on company headed paper which clearly
shows the applicant’s earnings during
period claimed, and the date and amount
of each payment. This letter should be
dated after the period for which earnings
are being claimed and should clearly show
the applicant’s gross and net pay.

Thanks ScopeD, so it means stamp is not necessary incase of letter if it is on company letterhead. Should I mention complete date for e.g. 30 Sep 2011 or Sep 2011 will workout.

Please advice.

Many thanks
