Re-entry with one month left on PSW visa

Dear All,

I have a quick question. I got my PSW in Jan 2010. In March 2011, I left UK. Now i am agian returning to UK at end of Dec 2011 for 10 days. My question is can i do this? Will the immigration officer cause any problems for me?

Any advise will be much welcome. Has anybody any such experience of this?

Since you are only "visiting" UK, you may be denied entry under 321A(1).

@Sushdmehta, if I declare to IO that i am here for upto a month and the aim of the visit is to go for a final push in job hunting. Will that be okay then?

Instead of making my trip in the last month, i can go early, maybe with 2 months visa left. Will this help?
