OCI Registration no ACK yet

Hi guys

I applied for OCI by post on 22nd, as per Royal mail tracking it was deliverd on 23rd. I havent heard anything from HCI yet and online status still shows that application has not been acknowledged yet.

Any advice how can i get status update? any number or email address to contact and see whats happening.
