i just booked my biometric appointment for croydon office. And received Booking Ref immediately. i booked for me & 1 dependant.
but my question is is that correct?
Is there only 1 booking reference number for both of us?
I have doubt because when i booked for my friend 2 month ago they have to wait for 2 day for confirmation of booking.[/i] Also there was something called transaction number.
