Compensation from the Home Office /UKBA

Post by Mangkorn » Mon Oct 03, 2011 6:26 pm

As per my other posts I'm asking lots of questions about what appears to be a delayed forwarding of the Determination of an Appeal to the Post.

It's now over the 12 weeks stated in 'service standards'.

We have had NO information what-so-ever.

Is it possible to sue the HO for compensation? If so, what is the process?
