PEO Appointment - Solihull

Hi ,

I am trying to book the appintment to Solihull via online booking.It shows no appointment available if i select number of dependents is 2.It shows the list of available appointments for same day if the number of dependents is selected as NONE.

Can you advice how can i book the appointment for dependents? Shall i book for me alone and add the dependents later or any other way i can book the appointment?

I don't know if this is a technical problem, I got fed up and finally booked with Liverpool PEO.

Try telephone appointment -- to rule out chance of any technical problem

Even on phone family appointment at Solihull PEO is not forthcoming.
So it appears to be deliberate programing and not techical problem

i also tried but i am unable to see any, also there is no option to add dependants later... i read somewhere in this forum to go to customer overview but i think they changed it now,,,, i cant find any where how to add dependents....please anyone help ...
