Applying PSW Dependent visa

Hi ,

I am going to apply Tier 1 PSW dependent visa from my home country on 27th October. My wife is in UK with Tier 1 PSW Visa for past 6 months.

I would like to know about maintenance fund details. Is there any problem If I enclosed two bank statement with different statement period?

One account is my individual account which statement period date starts from 3rd to 2nd on every month and another acoount s is a joint account(My name and wife name) which statement period date starts from 13th to 12nd on every month.

I thought to enclose last 4 months statement to avoid the confusion.

I have enclosed the following supporting document as per UKBA requirement.

1) Marriage certificate.
2) Last 4 month bank statement (My individual account) with dependent maintenance fund £1600.
Last 4 month bank statement (Joint account with my name and my wife name) with main applicant maintenance fund £2800. I know £800 manitanece fund is enough for main applicant. But I keep this for safer side.

Dependent(Myself) applicant statement periods are follows.

3 June - 2 July
3 July - 2 Aug
3 Aug - 2 Sep
3 Sep - 2 Oct

Main applicant statement periods are follows

13 June - 12 July
13 July - 12 Aug
13 Aug - 12 Sep
13 Sep - 12 Oct

How do they check the maintenance funds in my case. Will they consider last three month from 2nd October on both statement?

3) My degree certificate - For proof of English language .

4) Main applicant passport photocopy as she is in UK less than 1 year. Do I have to take any attestation for this?
