Tier 2 Dependant online indian Visa application doubts

Post by srn1985 » Thu Oct 06, 2011 10:49 am

Hi All,

I am employed in UK from 2010 and want to apply a Tier 2 dependant VISA for my wife. My wife has just now left the job in India. I can get a letter from my sponsor for employment and funds, it is also checked in my COS. Now the new online application system for Tier 2 looks a bit confusing.

I have the some doubts
Do I have to attach documents like these listed below.
1. Council tax letter and bill paid receipt
2. House contract agreement
3. Utility bills (any)
4. Bank statements, if the main applicant has a letter from the sponsor for the funds and employment.

These are not very clear in the new online Tier 2 dependant application system.

There is SOME questions in section 6 "EMPLOYMENT AND FINANCES" asking

1. Do you receive any income from any other sources including friends and family?
2. Do you have savings, properties or other income for example from stocks and shares?
3. How much of your monthly income is used to support your family members?
4. How much do u spend each month in living costs?

There is SOME questions in section 7 "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" asking

1. Please state the amount of money available and total number of dependants?

Finally can I use the space for providing additional information for any other documents?

Does anyone have done this and got an VISA approved?

Any information will help.
