Tier 1 Extension - Clarification

Dear Experts

I am planning to renew my Tier 1 general visa Before 12th May 2012. I have a question regarding salary. Question As follows:

Salary need to meet: £35,000 over 12 months

1. My Salary breakdown: £26,400 - Full Time Maths Teacher

2. Self employed through tutoring Agency: £6100 - Tutoring through agency.

3. Private tutoring to students: £3500 - Private tutoring a student

I need help with documents that I should show to convince them for ''Private tutoring the students''. My other documents for 1 & 2. are correct since my initial Tier 1 visa was only based on those two earnings. The earning from 3 was not included.

The student's dad paid me 3500 over 9 Month. He paid directly to my bank account. His name appeared on my bank statements. I invoiced them every month. He signed the invoice.

I plan to send my bank statements + the invoices signed by me and him ? would this be ok?
