ILR on the basis of 10yrs residence waiting time

Post by ah_kassem » Wed Oct 05, 2011 10:31 am

Hi all,

Would you agree with me that erdinc should be removed from the list for 2 reasons:
1. he has not been communicating with us despite the fact that we urged him several times to update us,
2. it is very likely he had recieved his ILR by now.

so if you agree please let me know and if I do not hear from him by the end of the day tomorrow I will remove his name.

regards

Yes kassem,if we still keep him on the list it might be misleading to other user.if he respond we can add him again.anyway we are just removing from list, not withdrawing his application.

Hi qaziji

Thank you for your email. Can you please contact your solicitors and ask for proof of postage, i.e. the royal mail tracking number to check when the documents where delivered?

Hi Vien and Adam,

Just wondering, do you guys have any complications in your cases/applications....i.e. longer gaps, criminal record, visa refusal etc.

Also, has anyone here asked UKBA to expedite their application....for whatever reason?

Regards,

Cosmic

Hi Cosmic,

My case is very straight forward as well, visas show 1 gap due to UKBA delay (did a DPU file request before applying ILR, so has the proof to back up), no criminal record, nor any other complications. I hope this is a slight delay from UKBA side.

Hi Sparkles1,

thank you for that. the fact that you applied a day before your visa expired does not justify the delay as you still applied on time even if your visa then expired while passport was with them.

congratulations again

Hu Hunter007,

I was just looking at your posting again. the processing time for your application was the same as those who recieved it after 9.5 weeks, i.e. the ILR was stamped after 7.5 weeks of sending the application, but what was faster is posting the passport. I realy hope that vien1206, adamboston, cosmic, adeel81 would recieve thier's today or tomorrow as well.

congratulations again.
