Hi,
1)I was wondering if we can claim child benefit backdated to last 3 months for our child born in UK in June, But we got ILR in Sept.
so is it correct to claim for last 3 months.
2)wat answer shld be provided for question 18) and 19) on the form which says r u subject to immig.ctrl in last 3 months and status?

You can't claim for the last 3 months as you were subject to Immigration control until you received your ILR in September.
