Just checking is there anything i am missing for INIS app

Hi just need a quick look before i can submit my application for INIS .
is there anything i am missing ?

- Working Visa for 2 year each time with no gaps . 3 Visas issued so far.
- Currently Employed and Fully Employed during my stay in Ireland.
- Never had any Social money from state .
- Entry Date to Ireland 28Th Jun 2006
*** Following Documents attached
- First GNIB 14th July 2006
- Application Form Completed with 3 references .
- P60 (2006 to 2010 )
- P21 (2006 to 2010)
- Passport Full Color Copy Old & New both
- Front page of current passport
- ESB Current Bills
- Salary Slips last 6 months
- Birth Certificate Translated in English
- Mirage Certificate Translated in English
- PPS Number Letter
- GNIB all 3 Issued during my stay
- Bank Statement
- Current Employer letter
- All previous Employer letters with dates starting and ending


Please advise if there is anything missing >

application form is missing lol just make sure fill the residence calcultar .also marriage cert,birth cert,passport front page need to be sign by notary its true copy of original.good luck please dont forget to share yours experience

Of course application is included also i filled the residence calcultar available on the application form .

- I have signed each and every documents copy from notary public just in case
- I will share every step once i will send application .

I Got Ref Number Today for Citizenship application . However there is no time frame mentioned just simple ref number is this ok ?

Note:- My LTR is approved i got letter from LTR department already . Do i need to send this to Citizenship ?

I have applied the LTR 40 days before i applied Citizenship and i have received LTR approved last week .
