New Tier 2 Rules : No settlement after 5 years

Post by s0787671 » Mon Oct 10, 2011 7:06 pm

Hi Everyone,

I have just read this announcement on UKBA website, but I cannot make sense of it.

Has PR route to settlement been closed.

I am on Tier 2 General and will be extending my visa next year for 2 more years, hoping there will be PR option available for me.

Here is the Link for UKBA announcement:

Please do let me know, has PR visa been stopped.

Thanks in Advance
Bharat

I know that UKBA websites states that the previous rules still remain until they have gone thru all the responses and come to a decision.

I am stating this because, I have just heard that its all over the paper in India as well .

Thanks
Bharat
