Tier 1 extension with dependant - application doubt

Post by vignezh » Tue Oct 11, 2011 8:35 am

Dear Seniors,

Heres our situation... my husband originally arrived in UK in 2005 as a student and then qualified for SEGS visa. THat is when I joined him as a dependent for 6 months. He then went back to study once again. During his second student visa, I was working and qualified for Tier 1. We went back to our home country and applied for my Tier 1 and my husband became my dependant.

Now our extension is due next year and was looking at the application forms. For the dependant application, in the past immigration history section, they have asked about entry clearance details of my husband. Should we write here about his dependent visa (entry clearnace) or his first entry clearance which is back in 2005 as student.

Please help...

But the application clearly talks about "Dependant entry clearance/leave to remain as dependant". Could seniors shed some light pls...

The entry clearance as Tier 1 dependant should be mentioned
