I want to know that :
1. When CIC sends the AOR, do they calculate the points or they just give acknowledgement that we have received all your documents?
2. DO they calculate it during IA?
3. What is application review stage?

1. When CIC sends the AOR, do they calculate the points or they just give acknowledgement that we have received all your documents?

AOR stage is just to check your documents whether nothing is missing (eg. fees, police certicate, right forms filled etc) and a file number is assigned to get you in the queue.

2. DO they calculate it during IA?

Yes they do and they might request additional documentation for clarification or just issue medical forms

3. What is application review stage?

I guess it ties into the above although I know they have a paper screening stage to make sure everything is in order and pass the application on to IA.
