ILR In Person appointment date - URGENT

I entered the UK on 11/11/2006.
Can I book an in person appointment for 14/10/2011.
Using the calendar 28 days before it is 14/10/2011 if we exclude 11the November.
Can anyone help please. Is 14the October OK or need to be later than this date?

Any of the moderators please? The technicality here is, do we inlcude the date of entry while calculating 28 days before or exclude it?

Yes, you can book an appointment for 14th October 2011.

Even my calculations said it's OK but 1 out of the 4 advisers I called on the UKBA phone line said it should be 15/10 and onwards. That's why the confusion. Though 3 out of 4 said it to be fine. UKBA needs to put more money into training their staff, more so when they are charging such hefty fees for the applications.

can you email UKBA , if they say 14th is ok, you can take that as a proof
