Tier 1 extension

Post by zuby » Tue Oct 11, 2011 12:08 pm

I applied my visa 15July2010 and received my visa 29July2010.

Tier1 Rule changed 19 July2010.

I f I can Prove I applied 15 July 2010 so I need only 75 points otherwise I need 80 points for extension.

But the Problem is I don't have any evidence to prove that I applied my Tier1 on 15 July 2010

(I applied Tier 1 visa from VFS-Mumbai)

There's no specific requirement to prove when you applied for your application. Just make sure you fill in your extension correctly and select the correct boxes. As with the other requirements (e.g. education and English ability), they will refer to your previous application.

That said, to give you peace of mind, do you have any documentation (like a receipt) from your initial application?

If you wish to, you may make a Subject Access Request and ask for the "date of application" of your initial Tier 1 (General) application.

How many Dividend can I take?

Post by zuby » Mon Nov 07, 2011 3:17 pm

Hello Guys,

I have small company set up, so whatever the profits comes to my business account, I transfer to my Current account as a Dividend.
So I think each month may be 1 or 2 divened transfer from my business account to current account.
Is that ok or I will get any problem with my Tier1 extension?

Does the policy guidance specify the number of dividends one may pay / receive in a day / week / month / year?
