HSMP Extension

Hi,
Need an urgent help.
My HSMP Tier 1 is expiring in May'12, when should I file for my extension as such I have been here since 2008 (on work permit till May'2009) but don't qualify for ILR due to 8 months or so, so I have to file for an extension.
Also , since I am paying a tax of more than £20,000.00 a year, do I need to show the fund evidence? Do they waive off the sufficient fund clause due to confined job and payment of high rate of Tax.
Is there any home office link, which gives a detailed guidance?
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Can you help me with the form I have to fill up and send to home office for family ( 1+2) filling, document checklist has been revised since 2008?
Any help will be highly appreciated.
