Hi can someone help me,

Basically I am trying to access my husband's mobile call and sms history on 'ZONG' mobile website, however when I click the date box to bring up the history, a dialogue box appears and says 'you can only view history 2 times a day'. This is the first time I am viewing it today... and I cannot seem to figure out how to get his call and sms history for the past few months.

Secondly, my husband tops up using top vouchers almost everyday, would that make him a pre-paid user or post-paid? Anyone else use this website?

Would it give me a 6 months breakdown?

Thanks.

Hi

It is true that the Supreme court has ruled it is unlawful and therefore the age limit will now be changed to 18. This was decided yesterday. If anyone wants to read the case, let me know, I have a link that I can post.

Could you update my details on spreadsheet.

Current Status: Visa application is under process at the british high commision 10/11/11.

Hopefully wont be too long before i find out if visa has been granted.

Is this the last stage before passport ready to collect message?.

Thanks

P.S And yeah Naila our applications are at the same stage, so hopefully
wont be too long now.

my wife had the same problem, hold down the CTRL BUTTON and then click on it, if u have tried accessing the call records 2day it may not work.

PREPAIDDDD USER

Would it give me a 6 months breakdown?

IT ONLY GIVES U THE LAST 30 OR 15 DAYS

Thanks.

Out of curiosity, when did it become a requirement for a person to work full time in order to apply for a spouse visa?

I thought it has been changed aswel.

Wonder when it will be officially changed after the case. Think its still a long process. If they do change it i got a feeling they will make it more strict in other ways such as making the English test harder.

appeal vs re apply

Post by cfc578 » Thu Oct 13, 2011 11:57 pm

Salam All ,

I applied under EEA FP and got rejected saying its a marriage of convenience, ECO clearly looked for reasons to deny the application and made sum very serious allegations, refusal date was 12/09/2011 and i received my application back on 11 /10/11, after 29 days, am i eligible to appeal since it has to be with in 28 days, secondly I have tons of evidence (phone records with over 2-3 hrs of contact every day for last 2 years, the reason why i did not submit was that I thought that ECO would request anything which they deemed necessary) which i did not submit with my earlier application, Should I re apply or if possible can I appeal. Plus is there any necessity to provide my or my wife's financial documents apart from the necessary payslips showing that she is exercising treaty rites. I am so disappointed by the dearly beloved comments put down by the ECO.

Could sum of the veterans of this board comment on the queries raised above.. I am really confused ....

I did not put any evidence of our relation previous to our marriage and after that ... The ECO wrote 3 paragraphs of assumptions due to lack of evidence, is it not his moral duty to request any ? and do not assume things.

Is there any way of complaining as in why my application got back to me on the 29th day of the decision?

Most of you here have dealt with Spouse visa for Uk nationals, I see there are sum differences between EEA spouse and Uk national spouse ... please advise , since I am thinking of re applying with atleast 300 pages of evidence.

Hiya,

It normally takes up to 12 weeks, but in some cases it does exceed the 12 weeks.

Hope that helps.

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if all members on this board that have applied for spouse/settlement visas could please add their current status of their applications in the signature column (like many of us have already done so). I think this would help a lot of our applicants/appellant and give them a rough idea of how long they could expect until a decision is made on their visa. Also it would help Nazema who is in control of the spreadsheet of applicants and appellants when she is updating and adding your details to the spreadsheet.

Also when you do have any queries it will be easy for others to see what stage your application is at and thus help you with your query.

Thank you and good luck to all.
:D :D

Can anyone please tell how to go about arranging a TB test for my wife in Pakistan.

Are there only specific places where the TB test can be done? How long does it take to get an appointment and will she get the certificate on the day of the appointment?

Thanks
