1) Could you please provide some pointers to start my own company? I would like to know the complete process involved in starting a new company. Any links to website/documents would be of great help. (I can search over the internet and find some help in this regard - however- I would like to know from you guys since you have been there and done that!)
2) If I approach a consultancy and ask them to act as my umbrella company, how much commission would they typically ask? Any pointers to good consultancies will be of great help. (Good consultancy = Less commission
